House of Splatter cancellation policy

All bookings are non- refundable once confirmed.

We understand that plans can change, so we offer the option to reschedule your booking under the following conditions:

• Rescheduling is permitted with at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled session.
• Requests made less than 48 hours may not be accepted.
• Each booking is eligible for one reschedule only.
• New dates are subject to availability.

No shows or failure to attend your booking will result in the loss of your session with no option to reschedule or a refund.

For group bookings, the same policy applies. If the booking numbers do not change prior to the 48-hour notice in advance, they will not be eligible for credit or adjustments.

By completing your booking, you are agreeing to this policy.
