House of Splatter Terms and Conditions

  1. General – By booking and participating in our rage painting room at The House of Splatter, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are in place to ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
  2. Age restrictions – Participants must be aged 16 years and older to attend without adult supervision. Anyone under this age MUST be accompanied by an adult.
  3. Health and Safety
  4. All participants must follow the information shared with you by the staff at The House of Splatter at all times.
  5. Protective equipment, such as overalls, must be worn during the session.
  6. Participants must not be under the influence of drugs.
  7. Any unsafe behaviour may result in immediate termination of the session with no refund nor reschedule available.
  8. Personal Responsibility – Participants take part at their own risk. While we take all precautions, rage painting involves physical activity and potential hazards.
  9. Clothing and personal belongings –
  10. We recommend wearing old clothing underneath the protective overalls provided.
  11. We are not responsible for damage to clothing or personal items.
  12. Personal belongings should be stored in the lockers that are provided.
  13. Bookings and payments –
  14. All bookings are paid in full at the time of booking.
  15. Bookings are non- refundable ( see cancellation policy).
  16. Cancellations and rescheduling –
  17. Only one reschedule is permitted with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
  18. Only one reschedule is allowed per booking.
  19. No shows or failure to arrive will result in the loss of the session.
  20. Group bookings
  21. Group bookings must be confirmed in advance.
  22. Changes within 48 hours of the booking are not guaranteed.
  23. No refunds or credits for reduced group sizes.
  24. Late Arrivals – Late arrivals may result in reduced session time or cancellation.
  25. Liability – We are not liable for:
  26. Minor injuries sustained during the experience.
  27. Damage to personal property.
  28. Loss or theft of personal belongings.
  29. Right to refuse service – We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove participants for safety reasons or inappropriate behaviour.
  30. Media and photography – We may take videos for promotional purposes. Please inform us in advance if you do not wish to be included.
